Default Non-belt squeak.

I have a high chirp-squeak when going off of first and (sometimes) second gear only. The squeak is only there when I first engage off the gears. Although it sounds like a pulley or belt, I ruled that out bc drove with both serpentine belts off and squeak was still present. After vehicle has been driven for a while and is warmed up the squeak seems to disappear sometimes.… also I highly doubt this is all related, but in highway miles 70+ when letting off the gas there is heavy vibration from front end. And when coming to a complete stop (10mph-0mph) , there is clicking sound-like vibration as well. Just had new bearings, ball joints, and brake pads done in front end. Any and all input is appreciated. Thanks !

I have heard of the vibration damper on the nose of the crankshaft coming apart over time. I expect it would make noise.... and possibly cause vibration if it was failing.
Some are made up of two pieces of cast iron, with a goo(?) of rubber as the filling of the iron sandwich. If the goo, which is supposed to remain a bit flexible, decides to turn into actual goo, the iron bits can separate, move, etc.
Any other symptoms?

Could a pilot bearing cause a similar noise?

The pilot bearing can be checked ... step on the clutch, in gear, and the pilot is being put to use. Foot off the clutch, pilot runs in synch with the flywheel & input shaft to the transmission.
Have you checked your U-joints? A joint on the way out can squeak and chirp, and if going really, it may let the drive shaft get off-center which would have the tendency to make the cab want to go up and down(limitation of the cab mounts?), getting worse over time, making more noise and adding vibration.
If you look, many times there is evidence of rust with staining coming from the cross ends, where the needle bearings are located. If you grab onto the drive shaft, you should not be able to wiggle it much in any direction.

Going to look into the u-joints, thinking that might be the culprit, thanks for all the input !!

I had a vibration problem starting at about 60mph and above about a year ago. I changed out my drivers side rear axle bearing and no help. I then got new front rotors and front hub bearings and no help. I then got a drive shaft from the junk yard cause the vibration damper rig on the drive shaft came apart on my original drive shaft and I had to remove it and I thought that was it for sure. No help. I then came upon info that the drive shaft has balancing weights at the trans end that can come off and realized that the junk yard drive shaft was missing some balancing weights. They are little round dome shaped weights that are tack welded on there and you can tell where they’re missing cause they leave a round lighter color rust spot than the darker surrounding rust. So took the junk yard drive shaft back and looked at my original drive shaft and saw all my balancing were still present. I then check the U joints and found that the rear u joint was rusted solid and seized up. Replaced both the u joints in the drive shaft and vibration problem solved at last. And the drive shaft is still running without that vibration damper rig on it and the truck is running fine with no vibration. I think the vibration damper rig is more to keep the input shaft of the drive shaft into the trans from wallowing out the bearings in the trans.
