Google bludriver obd2 scanner. If used with forscan it can program keys. Does not work if you have Eobd. Which you may have.

How many keys do you have currently? If at least 2 and they are not clones then you can program it using the magic sequence (Don't recall it but it involves the cruise buttons.)

In the US, locksmiths can re-program keys to be recognized by the PATS, and perhaps the anti-theft equipment used in S.A.(immobilizer is the term I am trying to pull from brain cells I think) can also be reset by locksmiths. Here they need to have access/use of a machine that can communicate with the GEM/SJB and the ECM. I am fuzzy on the details.
Essentially, you can take the parts, along with your title/registration/proof of ownership to a locksmith and have things figured out without having to pay dealer markup. The dealers will use locksmiths to do most of this as the equipment would not be profitable to have as the usage would not be enough to pay for it.
I suggest finding a good locksmith.
