How do I remove the cab?

Hey All,
I've got a 2wd 2000 2.5l with a manual trans. I'm trying to do some rust restoration and replace all my brake lines. I've got the bed off already, but I'm having a tough time finding any detailed threads about how to get the cab off the frame. I've got a pretty good idea of what I need to do, but could somebody lay out a detailed description of what exactly needs to be done? (or direct me to the thread where it exists)

Aside from the obvious cab bolts, the female center seat belts - one will have to be removed so you can get the cable looped from the center support. Obvious harnesses, Master cyl, E brake cable, battery cables to starter and chassis ground.
