Replaced the ignition module & coils, helped out about 80%, was real bad 'the skip'. Changed plugs, nasty, but didn't help. WTH is this miss? Changed the fuel filter bout 2 yrs ago, truck sat for a while, when I originally changed the plugs, they were the original plugs & the truck had 100k miles. Changing the ignition module really cleared it up.

One thing iv been told is clean the M.A.F sensor. I just done that to my 2.5l and used that sea foam. But not an expert here.
