2000 B2500SE 2.5L Intermittent Power Shuts Off
I have a 2000 Mazda B2500SE 2.5L 4 Cyl, Manual Transmission, does this Model have a Camshaft Synchronizer? After changing a damaged fuel pump truck was running beautifully then died in the middle a street.
New Battery, Fuel Filter, MAF, TPS, EGR valve, IAC, Oxygen Sensors 1 & 2, Regular Belt, Bottom Pulley, Fuel Pump. Mini fuses all test good, have to test Relays but I can't find a Fuse Box Diagram for this model light Truck. Cleaned chasis ground. I'm no mechanic.
Problem started with intermittent inability to start. There was rough idling & hesitation before I cleaned throttle housing - changed all parts listed. Fuel Pump internal hose was damaged that resulted no pressure. Symptoms research leading me towards camshaft synchronizer or/& cam sensor.
Got a cheap Volt Meter to pursue electrical Open Line but this is a learn as you go without transportation now.
Current Symptom: Intermittent Power Loss, Cranks, No Spark, No Engine Light when key is in On Position, No RPM movement, No Power to Fuel Pump, Red Check Gauge Light,
