Has anyone here used this system sold by summit racing? Thinking about putting it on my 2.3 5 speed 97 ranger.

If anyone has put one on, how does it sound with the 4 banger?

They sound good but imo the thrush welded muffler is a much better if the tail pipe on the stock system isn't bad.

The exhaust is good. Rusty for its age. Lol. How does the thrush sound on the 2.3 with a 5 speed? Right now I have a 16in glass pack and doesn't sound the same since I put a new cat on the truck. Wanting to get a somewhat deep growl. Lol.

Also which thrush? Are there different kinds? Always ran glass packs on my vehicles. Lol

They are called thrush welded. They give a good rumble to the 2.3 with out getting ricy at higher rpm.
