Default 97 ranger 2300 dies

97 ranger with 2300 engine stalls while driving. Does not throw any codes. Restarts and runs fine - so far. Any help is appreciated.

You might want to check the actual ignition switch for wear and 'coming apart'. With age, the parts may separate, cutting power to the computer & ignition, and when you re-start, you make the contacts touch again, for a while. You can check by removing the steering column cover - couple-three screws, and gently pulling and poking. The switch will be further down the column from the ignition lock cylinder, with a rod that moves its internal slide. If the wire connector is pulling free, replace the switch, for less than $20.
Other than that, fuel pump, filter, relay, or computer relay, or bad grounds, bad power, corroded grounds, power, wires or connector. A veritable plethora of possibilities exist. What an opportunity to explore. Right.
Check for power to the computer, spark, and injector pulse/tick when it quits, if you can to narrow down the possibilities.
You might pull the OBD-II codes to see if anything got registered in the computer.

I had a problem where mine would hit 20-25 and start dieing and cut out and the air intake had gotten loose from the throttle body
