Default Loss of clutch pedal

I've got a 98 ranger, clutch wporks fine just have a loss of pedal. I pump it up just like you do for brakes with bad master cyl. Is it slave cyl? Thanks for your help in advance. Fluid level is good.

mostly likely the slave cylinder, and the way its designed you have to drop the trans to replace

I would go with air in the lines first. You have to remove the entire line from pedal to slave to bleed all the air out. Removing the plastic inner fender first makes it a lot easier. There are a few youtube vids on this and they will help.
It is a bit of a pain but easier than pulling the tranny.

Thanks guys! I was thinking slave cyl, I believe it's original, motor has 220k on it. Slaves rebuildable or just replace.
