What engine? What year? Manual of auto? Some details would help.
If you have a normal Ford style starter relay near the battery, with red cables in and out, you can jump the small terminal on the relay to the large terminal on the battery side of the relay to cause the starter motor to rotate. BE PREPARED for the engine to turn over, and some small sparking to occur.
If that does not work, check the cables for tightness, etc.
If that works, you then check the path of current from the ignition switch through the clutch/transmission safety switches to the relay, as the battery, relay, cables and starter are all functional.
