Have you checked for water in the fuel? It may be picked up intermittently by the fuel pump pickup as you corner, brake, accelerate, and cause misfire and stutter.
Second choice would be to watch the plug wires at night with the engine running at idle. If you get a light show, you likely need new wires, but check the plugs also for larger than spec gaps.
Third would be to insure the EGR is not operating out of limit. It should not be used with the engine at idle. You can check that the valve operates, opening and closing, using vacuum on most, or a probe on the diaphragm to move the valve pintle.
