Default Check oil light.

Do the 2.3Ls have a oil level sensor? I was sitting, waiting to come out of a parking lot at the truck was sitting at a slight downward angle, when the check oil light came on. I had good pressure, and the level is a bit low, but not out of the hatch marks, less than a quart low. It went away after I restarted the truck after coming outta mackey dees. Anyone else experience this? I know it's due for an oil change, but these didn't have a deal to tell you when do they?

How low does it have to be for the light to come on?
