Turbo 2.3 Lima
I'm debating either adding a turbo from a turbo coupe or swapping out the engine for a turbo coupe engine. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who's done it to give any pointers. Thanks.
Truck specs: 1992 Ford Ranger XLT 2wd 2.3 liter l4 Automatic transmission Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

You are going to need a new transmission pretty soon. If you have an A4LD, the one supplied with the 2.3 is not quite as hefty as you need when adding a turbo. If you can find one that was behind a 4.0, it might last longer. Unless you are sort of gentle in your turbo use, the torque and hp are beyond the original capacity. If I missed the trans swap plans, sorry.
