Slow coolant leak - pooling under Intake Manifold around plug#3

I have a 1994 Ranger, 2.3l

Weird problem here. I've had this problem for a while as I've seen the coolant pooling around the #3 driver side spark plug as long as a year ago, but I've had other issues to deal with and the truck ran fine so I didn't worry about it. I changed the plugs and wires this weekend, making sure to shop-vac out the coolant around this particular plug before pulling it out. For reference, this plug is located right below the intake manifold. My question is - where the heck is the coolant coming from? Plugs have been in there for a couple days now and it's slowly starting to pool up again but that area is very hard to see into and I can never seem to see it dripping anywhere. Anyone got ideas?

Is it condensation from your ac?

No, it's green coolant and there's no AC line anywhere near it.

Your intake heater line is leaking check the connector T off the input hose to the heater core follow the smaller line that goes to the intake then check the output hose underneath the intake that drains back into the block

Thanks for the response - I've already watched a YouTube video related to that - curiously enough, my year/model does not have that T-connector nor does it have the line going to the intake anywhere else that I can see.

Keyphrase there being "that i can see"......that driver-side #3 is in a very difficult spot to get at, so there may be something there that I haven't found yet...
