Yea I think your right about the high idle. I put everything back together and I went to start and battery was dead. I charged battery and it fired right up. Still had the high idle but I agree with you that it was cold and has been setting for couple weeks. I let it run for a while and the idle came down and sounded perfect. It has a little sputter but I think its where its on a hill and I havnt filled the gas tank up yet (wanted to make sure it started). Couldn't take it for a test run as to low tires but, seems like everything is good. Don't want to speak to soon but if there is something else it should be minor. I want to thank you guys for helping me with my problem. I was completely lost until I found this forum, really glad you guys take the time to help people. I'll give you the update tomorrow after I take it for a test drive. Thanks again!
