Just cycled the pump a few times and hit the schraeder valve with a screwdriver and gas did come out. Was able to do that twice, so I guess I was just using the gauge wrong. So any other guesses on what the issue for the no start could be?

Try these:

1) check timing belt

2) disconnect MAF. Does it start?

3) try the starter fluid in the TB again. You want to check for spark. It's kind of strange that it started before when you did this but now will not start?

4) check for codes.

Do you recall what your fuel gauge pressure was?

Have you done any changes to the vehicle, stereo, lights, New Keys, trans work, park/neutral switch, accident, etc...
