I think I would check the lip of the degas bottle, and the underside of the bottle cap for any irregularities. The 'seam' where the blow mold fits together when the bottle is made might need to be addressed, with a slight flash allowing leakage/seepage. It should hold pressure.
The temps seem in line with the reported temps in the previous posts given you have the 'electrically assisted' thermostat. The design runs it 'hot' and within a small window of operating temps.
I do not think you have a problem, except for a possible flaw at the degas bottle lip or the cap.
