Default Spark Advance Issues 2.3

So I found the problem with my Ranger 96 2.3 5 speed apparently the spark advance staying a normal 25 at idle but when under load or in over drive the spark advance is dipping down to lowest as 1 so what could this be ??

Could potentially be a bad knock sensor. Try filling up with 93 octane fuel on your next refill and see if that makes a difference. If it does, you have some hot spots in the cylinders causing knock.

Also this has caused performance issues to hestiation under load I've ran mid grade fuel through it and still no difference it's something to do with the spark it's been getting worse slowly

When was the last time the plugs were replaced? Wires? Coil packs? All of those wear out over time, and none of them go out in a pretty way. Luckily, you can use the stupid dual-ignition to your advantage here. Try swapping the coils around to see if it makes a difference.

25 timing is way too much at idle, these engines are not friendly to getting readings off a timing light. How did you get that reading?
If you have a bad connection in the harness plug to one of the coils in the coil packs that will cause a condition that only happens in the dual-plug engines. When two cylinders in the dual-plug only fire one plug the ecu sees a rich condition then leans the fuel mixture causing the other two cylinders with two plugs firing to run way lean giving you a very nasty ping. I know this from personal experience.

If you can with your scanner check the tps function from closed throttle wide open throttle, you should see a smooth transition from 13% +or- to over 80%.

If you can't this may help you.
