were are the timing mark on a 84 ford ranger with a 2.0L

Just keep in mind that they have to line up when cylinder 1 is on the compression stroke. Just lining those marks up don't guarantee that.

Using a manual isn't cheating. If you're changing your belt there are important things that you should know if you'd like it to go well.
