Default 2000 ranger 2.5l need help

Can anyone help me. I have bin having trouble with my ranger. For months now my truck runs great at idle but when you give it gas it wants to die out. I have done a lot of stuff to it to try to fix it. The list of stuff is changed the idol control sensor, egr valve, dpfe sensor, egr vacuum sensor, the fuel filter and coil packs. I even brought it to ford end they told me that the truck looses compression at high rpms and it needs a new head. So i had the engine rebuilt new head, new timing belt ,water pump and so on. Im just tired of wasting money and now some one tells me it could be a bad computer anyone have any ideas. anything will help thank

you should do a fuel pressure test, you want about 65 koeo and koer. you also want it not to drop more than about 8psi in 5 minutes after the truck is turned off.

Has your cel ever thrown any codes? have you tried to check for pending codes that might not set of the CEL
