Default 92 Ranger 2.3L Acceleration Hesitation

Hello all,
I have a 92 Ranger with 117K miles and for a while I have had an acceleration problem. It idles great but hesitates when accelerating. Im not to familiar with throttle bodies but is there an acceleration relay that can be changed?

Thanks, Tom

mine seems to do the same thing. Same year/motor as yours. Mine is a manual. I just bought the truck and drove it for around 30 minutes to get it home and it ran reliable, but anytime I needed to get on it it would sort of stutter real bad. Check engine light is on BTW.

I'd like to see some experts reply- - I have the same sort of problem on my 92 5sp 2.3; just shy of 60 million miles - - however, my hesitation only occurs when I get to 95% of my throttle pedal travel, then the engine starts puking until I back off - - I can never "floor it". Please give me no more than your top 20 suggestions!! Thanks
