I have a 1987 2.3 with California emissions its says on sticker under the hood that it should b idling at 8.75 if not too see the shop manual I've tried adjusting hex head with slot located just above throttle assembly but the computer keeps resetting too high and it runs like crap can any one help me at least get the hex head back too stock
