Hey guys. It's winter time. I have a 2010 ranger xl 2wd with the 2.3 l and I want to have some fun. I need to figure out how to take the traction off so I can play. It comes off when I touch the button. But it re engages soon as I lose traction. And it's no fun trying to do a dohnut stuck at 2 000 rpm.

pull the ABS fuse out

this info is in your owners manual. hold the traction control button in for 5 seconds with the vehicle moving under 35mph. to reactivate either hit button again for a second or restart vehicle. not recommended to pull anti lock brake fuse because of potential insurance issues if you get in a accident.
