Default 1993 ford ranger 2.3l cam ideas?

Just bought 1993 Ford Ranger Standard cab 5 speed. Did a compression test and piston 2 had no compression and so I performed a wet test and it resulted a 50. So I plan on rebuilding it and while i have it pulled apart gigured i would just put an upgraded cam in at the same time. Looking for some speed with some power also. Any ideas advice and comments are welcome. Thanks!

Cam options are available but all are rather pricey, Esslinger, Boport, crane, fms.
