Default 2011 2.5 TDCI - good engine?

I am looking into buying a 2011 Ranger 2.5 TDCI Wildtrak with manual transmission (5-speed)
But I am having a hard time identifying engine and finding any info on it.
What is the name on the engine? (real name, like how BMW has S52B32 i.ex.)

How many newton/HP does it withstand?
I am wondering how much beating it can take, how many newton/boost I can throw at it before I am in the danger area...

Commercially available tuning/chip tuning in Norway claims an increase from 143 hk / 330nm to 186 hk / 436nm

Thanks for any reply as I am kinda lost in googling this. And excuse my bad language, english isn't my native language...
