Unhappy Radiator "overflow" dumps coolant

Hi guys! New to the forum and already my first question.

I just bought a Mazda B2500 1999 and runs great. However I noticed that when I park the car there is coolant coming out on the left side (when i'm in front of the car) of the radiator. There is a little tube/opening and it looks like there should be a hose connected to it. Also because of this leak the level of coolant is getting lower. I'm planning on changing the lower and upper hose of the cooling system because they have little cracks, so I would like to repair the "leak" as well. Any thoughts what it could be? Should a hose be connected to the little opening?

I looked up an image of a radiator so you can see where the coolant is coming out the radiator....

Thanks!

There's is usually a hose that connects there coming from the overflow tank.

You have an overflow tank with no hose running to it and you also have a nipple on the radiator leaking coolant. Think it through.

I would recommend either cutting off ~ 3/4" from the burp tank hose where it slides over the nipple on the radiator or putting a clamp on that connection. Either or, in the name of a connection that doesn't let air enter when the engine is cooling and coolant is drawn back into the radiator from the burp tank.
