My 95 2.3L Ranger won't start. I changed the Crank Position Sensor thinking it might be that but it wasn't. I get no spark but i do have fuel, is there any way of testing the coil pack?

if you are not getting a a spark from either set of plugs/coil.........I think the next thing in line is the ignition control module......make sure when you remove and replace it that you put every screw back in. They act as a ground and the truck will not start without all the screws

Thanks, for the reply. I was dumb enough to use an old battery and was using a battery charger to help crank the truck up. It did turn but apparently in order for the coils to spark correctly you need a healthy battery. It started right up after i installed a new battery.
