Found it. On 2010/2011 2.3l rangers, the IMRC valve on the manifold is... Wait for it....

Capped off. Compared a 2011 today to my 2010. It's just plugged.

Oh, okay.

Bought a cap, will update!

That's the best way find out were a line goes. Glad you found out it should be capped off.

Best way is you go to a dealership and act dumb and pretend you are going to buy that ranger, you pop the hood and look around and act interested and then you walk away leaving the hood raised up or down if u want to be courteous.
