Default 2.5 Engine timing trouble.

Bought a '99 ranger with 60,000 on it for $100. Only problem.... timing belt was broken. Replaced the belt but I'm not too sure where to line up the cam gear... I know the crank gear needs to be at TDC but I'm not seeing any obvious marks for the cam... Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Default Re: 2.5 Engine timing trouble.

There are diamond stamps on the valve and oil pump pulleys that line up with arrows on the plastic timing belt cover. There may be some dirt and crud that will need to be cleaned off to see them.
