Default coolant draining

i just purchased this truck, truck came from alabama and i see how there is not enough antifreeze in it,i live in canada,i want to drain the radiator and put in a 50/50 mix,not sure where the pet**** is located to do the draining, near the bottom of the left hand side(facing the truck)of the rad. there is a hex shaped protrusion there ahead of a cylinder shaped protrusion that might serve as a way of opening a valve in that cylinder shaped protusion,it seems like this is all made out of a composite material probably would take about a 11/16 box end wrench, wanted to be sure about this so i would not be busting any thing when i start applying pressure, can anybody confirm this, thankyou.you good people do not need to respond to this request now that i have the answers, still learning how to use this thread.
