Question Power Steering Squeak? Help?

Hey guys.
A couple weeks ago I noticed a high pitched squeak/squeel coming from the front driver side of the front end. I've only had my Ranger for less than 3 months (bought used) and it wasn't doing it when I bought it. I figured it was the breaks or rotors. Two days ago I changed the rotors and break pads on both sides on the front end. After doing so I noticed the squeak is still happening. So then I figured it was the power steering. The box for fluid was full and the liquid was still pink.
I don't know much about cars or trucks and I was wondering if anybody else has ever had this problem. Is my power steering pump going out? Or is it the belt? It happens most when I turn left or right. Going straight it's fine. It'd be great if anybody could help! Thanks!
