You need new hubs

2008 Mustang GT, stroked 5.0 3v, RGR cams, R2300 S/C, suspension, Kooks LTs w/HF cats GT500 TB, Flowmaster cat-back exhaust, GT500 fuel pump setup.

I did the little test of jacking it up and pulling in the wheel and It didn't move. I think somethings rubbing on the rotor so I'm checking that tomorrow!

Are your hubs in the locked postion? To check, crawl under front end and hand turn both front cv shafts. If they turn, the hubs are free.

Have you tried getting the truck up on stands. Putting it in gear with all wheels turning. And listen to where in the assembly the noise is coming from? Are you saying that you disassembled ,and prepacked the wheel bearings, and only one side was fixed? No grinding?

i think i had a similar sound after mudding last week, it was the rotor cover. it was bent in and had rocks stuck up in there, 15 min with my pocket knife and i got the rocks and mud out, also bend the cover back.
