Angry 4.0 SOHC Miss at 1900-2200 RPM when snowing

I'm new to the forum and looking for a little help. This is the first ranger I've ever owned. It's been a great little truck so far. Recently I've been having a miss at 1900-2200 RPM when cruising with small throttle application. Here's what I've already done: plugs (motorcraft) 0.065 gap, wires (motorcraft), fuel filter, air filter (wix), seafoam (tank and vacuum), cleaned with MAF with CNC, cleaned the IAC, checked all vacuum lines, checked for operation of the knock sensor. The miss only happens when the weather is wet or snowing. When it's dry outside, the truck runs awesome. Idle's great, accelerates great, decelerates like it's supposed to. I have pulled codes multiple times, and nothing is stored in the PCM. Any ideas what it could be?

Good news or Bad News? Good news is we now have enough of us suffering from this that we could start a club. Bad News is nobody seems to have clue what causes it.

Supposedly the proper installation of a Motorcraft air filter solves the "hiccup while snowing issue" on the 4.0

I have read a lot of threads on the 4.0 snow issue. It seems that about 80% of the time it is solved by making sure you have the stock intake with a MC filter installed properly with no air infiltration.
