Default Replacing all top end gaskets! Advice?!?

Hey everybody. I have a 1999 XLT, 4x4, 4.0 with only 82,000 miles on it. Got a good deal on it a while ago from a family member who let it sit for extended periods of time(weather seals are bad, paints faded badly, etc..) Anyways it has been seeming to lack top end power for a while now. Coolant is disappearing but I'm not seeing it in my oil, every month or so it needs to be refilled. No obvious signs of leaking( underbody, driveway, etc.) My gut is telling me that one of my major upper end gaskets is leaking. So my intentions are to by an entire gasket for the whole top end I found for like $160. My question is, is there anything unexpected I will run into that I should be prepared for that is motor specific(special tools, processes or methods) I'm not familiar with this engine? Im also looking for the torque specs fir the engine. Thanks guys.

You might find the heads cracked and the push rods and rockers warn very common. Here is my build thread
