Default Engine Lopes at Higher RPM

When sitting still at idle and then increasing RPM's the engine starts to Lope. No Engine light on dash. No trouble code w/Ultraguage. I suspect fuel filter or possible vac leak. Truck appears to run fine on the road. Cleaned MAF sensor with CRC and got a pending trouble code for it but I cleared it and it didn't come back. I figured I got the code from having the sensor unpluged while cleaning.
Any thoughts
Thanks
