Default running rich / intake gasket questions

I have a check engine lite, banks 1 and 2 running lean. I cannot find any vac leaks. Not sure what else to look for. TB and MAF was cleaned. Runs very well. I have read where the intake gasket was replaced and corrected this. Is this a major job to do? What kind of labor cost should I be looking at from a mech shop?

Thanx!!!

What do your short term fuel trims look like - also what codes?

Read my post on "adaptive fuel diagnostic techniques" that the mods should have stickied but never did.
