Default Bad Acceleration

hey i have a 2000 ranger 4.0L with 240k kilometers on it. but it is on its second engine. unkown km but probably over 200k. im expriencing fairly bad acceleration. i did just change plugs to autolite and also ran sea foam through vaccum line and gas which did help a bit. im wondering if it is normal to have bad acc this late in its life or are there some things i can troubleshoot or clean to regain some valuable acceleration.
Also, i have engine problem code p0133 (o2 sensor circuit slow respose) could this affect it? any suggestions would help thanks!

How old is the fuel filter? Replace both upstream O2 sensors, the right one has failed, the left will be just as old.

From personal experience, a bad coil or a vacuum leak can cause bad acceleration.
