well you do get condenstion in the motor naturally, thats why you need to let your engine warm up, the valve cover breathers allows the gasses to escape the motor to the intake, so could of gotten some water in the block, and it ends up in the intake system through warm up and the breather. I have a hunch you might have a head gasket problem, make sure your not blowing smoke or not losing coolant, might explain the egr problem and water in the oil
