Default Check gauge light

Ok today on the way to work my check gauge light came on. no biggy it always comes on when the gas tank is about empty, but I filled up the night before. water temp was in the middle of the gauge as well as the oil pressure and the battery gauge. I started watching it and every time the engine would go about 2400~2500 rpm the light would come on. once the RPMs went back below that mark the light would go out.

I double checked all the fluid levels today and they are all good.

Anyone have a clue to what could be going on here

I never heard of a check gauge light. I am going to guess you mean the CEL. On my 99 the cel does not go on when my gas tank is low. I wonder if there is a sporadic issue with your fuel pressure or the evap system that is indirectly causing your cel to go on. I would keep trying to pull codes. you know that a flashing cel ,means your cat is in danger from misfires.

I agree with the above check/clean iac and all other sensors

It's not the check engine light. I have a check guage light in the dash that comes on when I'm low on gas and it's come on before when your get above 5600 rpm or so. Anyways lastnight my oil pressure guage started flucuating and the wire was loose on the end of the oil pressure sending unit. Now the guage is steady and the check guage light stayed off on the drive to work today. I'm wondering if it was that wire coming loose that was making it so it wasn't reading oil pressure was the reasoning the light was coming on?
