I've been trying to track down a mild misfire in my truck for the past month, here the symptoms; Starts and idles smooth(hot or cold), misfires intermittently just enough to feel it under very light throttle a few times until it warms up. Does not do it once warmed up. Changed plugs and wires(NGK blue wires, Autolite 5143 plugs), old plugs showed some wear but were white spotless. Fuel filter was changed in the spring, air filter is new(Wix), cleaned throttle body & MAF, all of the above resulted in no chnage. Fuel pressure is within specs. A scan tool shows no misfire codes pending, the CEL is not on. Air Temp and Coolant Temp are within 10F of each other when cold. Anyone have any ideas where to look next.

Might be your ignition coil. Try cleaning that out with a DRY rag before starting it and see if that helps. Some times they get worn out and start letting moisture in, causing misfires.
