When i start my ranger it runs around 1000rpms smoothly for a minute or two then drops down to 500rpms and starts bogging jumping between 500 and 700rpms. when i hit the accelerator it bogs like crazy then jumps straight up or in a few steps to the proper rpm. after letting it idle for awhile or rocking it back and forth for a few minutes it evens out and runs like a champ. its the worst when the motor is cold usually sitting overnight. if its only been sitting for an hour or two it will fire up and bog for a second or two then run normal. any ideas? thanks in advance.

could it be a possible fuel/air supply issue? Whens the last time air/fuel filter were changed. and have you ran any injector cleaner before?

So far i've checked all fuses, relays, TPS, MAF, Air filter is good, FPR is good, Fuel Pump is good, Coil is good, new plugs and wires, full fluid flush. i havent check the fuel filter yet ill give that a shot over the weekend.

I havent run any injector cleaners, if it was the injectors wouldn't it keep bogging all the time instead of evening out?
