i have a 1995 ranger splash side with a 4.0 5-speed manual and 4x4... i know that both jet and hypertech make a chip for my truck but what i really want is a power programmer. for the most part i just want something that can remove my rev/max speed limiter (governor) and do a bit of performance tuning. i know the hypertch Max Energy programmer is great my friend used it on his z28 camaro and he swears by it i just want to know if they make one for my ranger... or any other brad that will do the same general things. please send me any links you can find and tell me what you use. btw i have a budget i wouldn't mind spending 200 bucks or so but i don't need a $400+ programmer i just want some tuning a limiter removal capabilities.
