4.0 Tensioner wrench
I need to replace my s. belt. Do I have enough room to use a regular breakder bar on the tensione to do i need to find a low profile tensioner wrench?

Yes you will have enough room but ford used such a short head bolt so be prepared to reck you knuckles.. The wrench will slip off a lot!
