Almost sounds like its firing out of order.... Never replaced a timing chain but heard also it could be a bad coil pack... Anyone ever expierenced this one before??

Okay I'll bite, what symptoms make you think it's out of timing?

1999 Ford Ranger, Reg Cab, 2.5, 5 speed, 2WD, no AC, 150k (SOLD).

99 4.0 is OHV not SOHC.

A lot of confusion... It went from the fuel filter to injectors then figuring the only culprit could be something makin it fire out f order... I'm no shit lost on this thing lol
