Your truck didn't come with EGR from the factory, neither did mine.
Find the misfire on cylinder 1.
Reset the computer.
See what comes back.

I would replace the intake gaskets, they tend to leak and cause a vacuum leak. Giving a bad idle. Also look for split vacuum hoses. The splits like to hide under fitting and inside corners.
