Default Cooling system help

First off if anybody can help would be great, ok I bought this truck from some crack head for $250 and it was sitting at his place for like 2 months and then i put a battery in it she fired right up and drove her home but had no heat and the temp gauge never got past the first cold mark then bout 70 miles of driving the heat just all started to work and then immediatly changed the oil because it was black as coal and then flushed the cooling system because it was just chunks of rust and shit then after i did that the heat stopped working (the fan would blow but no warm air) and never started again and put a new radiator cap on it because the seal was shot on the old one then drove around and noticed that water was ouzing out of the crimps of the bottom of the radiator so then i put the old one back on and that stopped the leaking of the radiator then drove her for like a month and a half then decided to change the thermostat thinking thats why the truck never got hot so went to change it and what ya know there was no thermostat in it so put the new one in filled her up and then drove like a mile and a half still no heat and popped the hood and the saw the upper hose coming off the thermo housing was collapsed flat so then opened up the radiator cap and it sprang back to normal the motor still never smelt really hot or anything, now the water is slowly rising up into and out of the radiator but not bubbling constantly just will slowly rise and if the radiator cap is on tight will slowly fill up the resivor and so it sounds like air in the system so i put it on ramps ran it(to cure the vapor lock) and water was rising out of the radiator only when i really filled it super full and revved the motor, took the thermostat out today and still pushing water out but not as bad as before so took the radiator out cuz its the original one and took it to a radiator shop and they said it was bad so ordered a new one and hopefully that will fix my problem and also when the motor has been running for a while the hoses are all warm like the should be except for the ones going to the heater core, again any and all help is very appreciated. Thanks

First, I am going to reply to this once. After that, I won't reply again until you reply using things like periods and comas in the English language. It took me the better part of 10 minutes to read and make sense of that mile long run-on sentence. Not doing it again.

You haven't refilled the cooling system properly. On a cold engine with the heater on, fill the radiator up full with 50/50 mix. Start the engine and let it warm up with the cap off. When the thermostat opens, the level will drop. Keep topping it off until the level remains full, or begins to rise and overflow a little. You should have heat at that point too. Put the cap back on. Make sure the tank is filled half way. Done.

The bubbling can come from a couple of things; it ain't normal.

Some are if you have a bad thermostat, fan clutch, water pump or ECT sensor.

But one overlooked thing can also be why. Water boils at 212 degrees F. If under pressure, it will raise the boiling point.
These systems are under pressure during normal use. If you have a leak in the overflow tank, or elsewhere, it can lower the pressure in the system and cause the water/coolant to boil a bit. Get the pressure back up (new overflow tank) and it will stop.

It might be the heater control valve.

Diarrhea of the mouth usually is. I stopped reading it on the second line, there's no way in hell I'm willing to battle ones inability to communicate when 99.9999999% of the people don't have the problem and don't deliver the pain. Why our schools fail to do their job and they allow this to graduate and make America look stoooopid and uneducated I don't fully understand. It's both embarrassing and shameful to our country, it really is.
