Does anyone have a schematic forthe fule system. Inertia sw, computer, relay, pump etc. changed pump - worked for 2 weeks then quit again. Relay working - does tha mean inertia switch and computer are good ? Put new pump in last night - does not pump. Four wires go to pump. Get 12v with key on ?

are you saying that it does get 12v with key on or asking if you should check that?

Yes, there are 4 wires on the connector to the pump. With the key on I get 12v to one of them. Not sure which wire is for pump and which is for fuel level gauge.

If I get 12v at pump connector - does that mean all up stream parts are working (inertia sw, computer,etc) ? The relay is good and the fuse is good. Just put this new pump in - can it be bad ? thanks!

well do you hear it turn on when you switch the key to on? if not then it could be bad or maybe the relay is bad even though you think its good???

in my 94 sometime the fuel pump relay doesnt like to kick in when i turn the key on so i gotta pop the hood and hit the power-junction box and you can hear it kick on
