Presuming you've properly filled it like I described, it is most likely that the water pump impeller is rotted out. You'll have to pull the pump to tell for sure. It's not a stuck closed stat, that's for sure.

Ok, sounds like a plan to me, should I pull the stat anyways, and out of curiosity if the the lower rad hose was in a rough state(wisconsin winters and road salt), could it weaken and collapse(i dont know if its collapsing it just looks bad) and result to a rotted out impeller.

The hose can rot out but it would just blow out and spew coolant everywhere. The pump impellers just rot over time.

A huge thanks to you guys who helped me. It turns out it was just the thermostat, I replaced it and for shits and giggles tried burping my cooling system, and it burped, I let that process go on for about a half hour. Then I spent about 45 minutes driving around with the temp gauge never going past m. I talked to my boss and he told me to keep an eye on it for about a week or so because of the difference in pressure. But once again thank you for your help.
