-20 in Montana with my truck not plugged in for the night it takes around 20-25 minutes and it's comfy in the cab. Not hot but at least its about 32 degrees in my cab. My roommate is a little bitch and cranks my heat all the time, and that makes my cab get colder, your heater core is really a second radiator in a way. But if I'm driving it for a few minutes it warms right up. Generally if I leave my trucks heater off and warm it up it gets warmer a lot faster, so does the heater. and like a couple other people have said it warms up in a tolerable amount of time. My GMC does a lot better at warming up here in WA but I've never had that truck in Montana when it's 20 below
