Default Idles rough when warm

My 1994 4.0 starts and runs fine but when its warm... and I shut it off let sit for a bit and restart it sounds and runs like its missing and as soon as drive it a bit, it soothes out and all the symptoms go away. Coil pack, EGR, all vacuum lines look good? Any Ideas... has recent spark plugs/wires. No codes that tell me any thing, except some BS codes that its had for years.

TB I'm guessing is timing belt, but it's just a guess haha

I think I figured it out a couple of minutes after my post...Good Luck with that Timing belt on a 4.0 LOL!... The "TB" was cleaned when I had the entire top of the engine off to change the Inlet Manifold Gasket last year. But I guess I can take it off and take a cleaner can to it.

I dont think its a timing belt since it should have a timing chain (I dunno about 4L OHV, but 4L SOHC have timing chains)

When I have some time next few days I will take the Throttle body, the MAF, and the IAC off and clean them. But I have had trouble with all of these in the past and none of which caused a miss fire when warm on restart they just caused a rough idle.
The only things I can think of - are Coil Pack, Defective spark plugs/wires. Especially since when I drive it it goes away.
Oh yeah I just put a new air filter in it.

Timing Chains! I don't think my 94 would have made it to 300K on a belt system... LOL

So I cleaned my IAC MAF & TB over the weekend... It idles a little better but it still has a little miss fire i can hear. It is now throwing a bad CID circuit code that it never had before... Any Ideas?

TB? just sprayed it with Carb cleaner... I just put a new 2.25 exhaust and flow master ahh much better than the recommended 2.5. Now I can hear a pinging in the engine like when my spark gap is off... I think I will put new plugs and coil pack in next. I might get a new throttle body and injectors.
