Default help please!!! 4.0 v6 200 ranger

Im replacing the plugs on my ranger, and am a bit confused how the wires are set up for the driver side. I have a horizontal coil pack, and if you were looking rom the front of the ruck to the back of the truck, the front wire on the coil pack goes to the middle cylinder, the one in the middle goes to the far back cylinder, and the far back wire goes to the front cylinder, does this sound correct? Thanks.

Replace one at a time.

Was it running funny? Or are ya just doing a tune up?

I checked the connections, they seem to be all good, the truck has sat for 3 or so weeks, could that be the problem?
